Unfolding the Osmo Mobile 6 automatically activates it, and can even open the DJI Mimo app on your smartphone. Attaching your device has never been easier thanks to the quick-release magnetic phone clamp, which allows for fast setups with a secure connection. This model boasts advanced stabilisation technology from DJI, ensuring smooth, stable footage even when moving the camera in innovative and cinematic ways.
Unlimited Creativity
The Osmo Mobile 6 includes a variety of features that enable seamless operation and limitless possibilities when shooting. On the gimbal is a panel that displays the battery level, system status, and current gimbal mode. Using the side wheel, users can adjust the focal length, and pressing it switches to manual focus adjustment for shooting cinematic sequences. Additionally, the gimbal also comes with an extension rod that is perfect for capturing selfies or exploring high and low-angle shots.
The M button allows users to cycle through four different modes that are suited for various scenarios. The Follow mode provides stability and follows the gimbal's pan and tilt movements, while the Tilt Lock mode only follows pan movements and locks any tilting or rolling. The FPV mode utilises all three axes of the gimbal to follow a marked subject and capture dynamic footage. The SpinShot mode enables users to use the joystick to control the camera's rotation, which is useful when capturing pushing or pulling shots.

3. It’s less likely to lose a tracked pet.
4. If a subject leaves the frame, the gimbal can find and follow the subject again using automatic zoom and gimbal movements for continuous tracking.

The front and back cameras perform similarly in terms of tracking, and both support tracking when subjects that turn to the side or spin.
