Mainland UK

Free Delivery Over £99

For all Mainland UK orders, enjoy free delivery when you spend over £99. Our deliveries are expedited using DPD's next-day service, available seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, directly from our warehouse.

Please note the order cut-off times: 4pm from Monday to Friday, and 1:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

For orders over £99, we offer free shipping.

For orders under £99:
Home Delivery - £5.90
DPD Pickup Shop - £4.90

Please be aware: Next day delivery is available exclusively to Mainland UK. Deliveries to locations outside of Mainland UK, such as the highlands and islands, may experience longer delivery times.

Northern Ireland

For orders to NI, DPD 2 days service will be used. This is charged at £12 per order.

DPD Pickup Shop

If you’re not going to be at home or don’t want to wait at home for your parcel, you can get your parcel delivered to a DPD pick-up shop location near you.  Your parcel will be delivered by midday to your chosen shop. DPD will email you your pick-up pass and full instructions when your parcel is ready to collect. Simply take your pick-up pass and photo ID, passport, or driver’s license to your chosen shop.

DPD Delivery By PIN

Due to the nature of our products, on high value orders we will use DPD's PIN on delivery service to reinforce the safety and security of your order.

How it works

During the order placement, it is important to provide your mobile number and email address in the checkout process.

Following order processing, you will receive a 4-digit PIN Code via email & SMS. This PIN Code is to be shared with your DPD driver to facilitate the seamless completion of your order's delivery.

Upon providing the correct 4-digit PIN to the driver, they will input it into their handheld terminal. Subsequent confirmation will enable the release of the designated parcel(s) to you.

Don't have your Pin? No Worries

Should you find yourself without the PIN at hand, the driver is capable of resending the PIN to the mobile number or email address initially entered in your order.

In scenarios where presenting your unique 4-digit PIN during the delivery attempt is unfeasible, the driver will schedule a reattempt for the following day.

It's crucial to bear in mind that without your DPD PIN or access to the PIN via phone, the driver will regrettably be unable to fulfil the delivery of your parcel.

If you have an urgent order you need to place after our cut-off time, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will try our best to help you.

Our record show that 95% of our next day deliveries are delivered on time. But please be aware, Next Day Delivery services are not guaranteed. As we all know there is a small chance your parcel can arrive late due to uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, traffic, temporary technical issues, etc. If your parcel looks like it's going to be delayed, please get in touch with us, we are always here to help.

Please note that we won't be able to refund the shipping cost if there is an uncontrollable circumstance causing your parcel to be delayed.

Delivery FAQs

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHERE IS IT?

To check the progress of your order, you may access the My Account section. If you haven't registered an account with us, the link to track your order status can be found in your order confirmation email.

Once you have accessed your order status, you can retrieve the tracking number of your delivery if the item has been dispatched. You may then use this information to track your parcel with DPD.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE OR ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER?

If we have not yet dispatched your order, you may have the option to modify the delivery address by contacting our customer service team.

However, once your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

As your item has been shipped through DPD, you may request to have it left in a secure location, delivered to a nearby neighbour, or have the parcel delivered to a parcel shop.

WHAT IF I MISS A DELIVERY?

If you have missed you delivery the courier will:

  • Leave a calling card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed.
  • They will usually try to deliver again the following day. Or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to rearrange another delivery date at no extra charge.
  • Its possible they deliver to your neighbours or left the item in a safe place. In this case please see the delivery card left for you.
