Honouring the extraordinary with a touch of classic, the 907X & CFV 100C combines an iconic design with exquisite craftsmanship. A fusion of modular design and advanced technologies offers three distinctly different photographic abilities, presenting the most compatible Hasselblad 100-megapixel medium format camera to date. Thanks to its vintage body and deep heritage, the 907X & CFV 100C can align film and digital photography, integrating the classical with the contemporary - neither severing ties with the future nor bidding farewell to the past. With a press of the shutter, time solidifies in your hand, turning fleeting moments into forever.
A Timeless Masterpiece, Delighting the Senses
Echoing the unique waist-level shooting style of Hasselblad film cameras, the 907X & CFV 100C features a touch display that can be flipped upward to 40° and 90°. The 40° tilt enables a lower observation perspective for your composition. The 90° tilt fully revives the classic waist-level shooting style. These unparalleled perspectives plunge you into an undisturbed flow of creativity, spurring cascades of inspiration and turning the act of creation into pure pleasure. As you clutch the camera, time begins to soften its pace.
One Camera, Three Applications, Endless Inspiration
Inherited from the classic design of 1948, modular design has forged legends across generations of medium format cameras. Today, it elevates the 907X & CFV 100C to a new height as the most compatible Hasselblad medium format camera,1 pioneering the era in iterations. The detachable CFV 100C digital back integrates three kinds of photographic configurations in one, blending playfulness with professionalism.
Capturing Stunning Details
Utilising a 100-megapixel medium format back-side illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor, the CFV 100C delivers unparalleled image quality. With 15 stops of dynamic range, more highlight and shadow details can be retained. A native ISO of down to 64 exhibits delicate, pure, and transparent image quality. Over 281 trillion colours are represented with the 16-bit colour depth for natural, smooth colour gradations, vividly reproducing vast landscapes.
Perceptive To Nature
The Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution (HNCS) optimises colours to appear authentically and naturally with smoother and more delicate transitions, perfectly restoring the colourful world as seen by the human eye with the press of the shutter.
Capture Life With Fast Focusing
The 907X & CFV 100C, equipped with Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), crisply delineates the scene, delivering an agile focusing experience. With 294 PDAF zones spread over the 100-megapixel sensor surface, the focusing speed has increased by approximately 300% compared with the previous generation. Moreover, a new face detection function facilitates more efficient and convenient portrait shooting, helping frame each story perfectly.

FAQ's
1. The sensor’s resolution has been upgraded from 50 megapixels to 100 megapixels.
2. Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) has been added.
3. A hot shoe adaptor port has been added.
4. A built-in 1TB SSD has been added.
5. The HEIF file format has been added.
6. A face detection function and a focus indicator have been added.
Yes. This function requires a USB-C to USB-C cable and a charger supporting the PD 3.0 fast charging protocol. During fast charging, the peak charging power is 12W. Please note that if charging with a USB-A to USB-C cable, the charging power will be limited to 2W to protect power supply devices using the USB protocol.
Download the firmware from the official website and copy it to the root directory of the CFexpress Type B memory card or SSD. Go to General > Service in the camera menu, locate the firmware update section, and tap Check for Update. Select the downloaded firmware file and tap to confirm the update. Wait for the progress bar to complete, and the camera will automatically restart.
The Wi-Fi function is primarily used with the Phocus Mobile 2 app for tethered shooting and image management. Launch the app after enabling the camera’s Wi-Fi, and the device will automatically detect nearby cameras. Click to confirm the connection.
The 907X & CFV 100C supports outputting in RAW, JPG, and HEIF formats. The RAW files are about 200MB, the JPG files are about 40MB, and the HEIF files are about 20MB. However, the file size may vary depending on the content captured.
To effectively prevent alternating light and dark bands in photos, set the electronic shutter speed to an integer multiple of the flicker cycle. For instance, in regions using a 50Hz AC power supply, select shutter speeds such as 1/250, 1/500, 1/750, 1/1000, 1/2000, etc.
In RAW format, you can choose between 14-bit or 16-bit colour depth, with an approximate file size of 200MB, offering extensive post-editing flexibility. With Phocus Mobile 2, you can fully exploit the advantages of the Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution (HNCS), and the files can also be opened and edited in Adobe series software.
JPG is a universal format with 8-bit colour depth and an approximate file size of 40MB. As a more compatible file format, it requires no specialised software to read, making it easy to view and share.
HEIF format offers 10-bit colour depth and better editing performance than JPG, with an approximate file size of 20MB, making it suitable for HDR post-processing workflows.
The camera has a built-in 1TB SSD, with approximately 990GB available to users.
RAW: Approximately 4700 photos.
RAW+JPG: Approximately 4000 sets (1 RAW and 1 JPG make a set)
