Experience immersive 360° capture with 1″ imaging, a high-performance chip and native 8K/60fps video. The 14.5-stop dynamic range preserves detail across bright highlights and deep shadows, while AI SuperNight 2.0 enhances low-light footage. Ultra-hard replaceable lenses provide added durability, and 105GB of built-in storage gives you plenty of space to start recording without a microSD card. Spotlight Follow, NFC Quick Connect and intelligent editing tools make the entire creative process faster and easier.

Flagship Imaging, Day Or Night

The square HDR sensor has been developed specifically for 360° photography and maintains the same 360° image field as a traditional 1-inch sensor while improving sensor utilisation by 25%. This design helps reduce power consumption while delivering a significant improvement in image quality, with clear footage in both daylight and low-light conditions.

1-Inch 360° Imaging with Native 8K/60fps

Large 2.4 μm pixels work alongside the advanced 1-inch 360° imaging system and high-performance chip to produce native 8K/60fps 360° video. Fast-moving subjects remain detailed and smooth, making it possible to capture dynamic action without sacrificing image clarity.

14.5-Stop 360° High Dynamic Range

With a 14.5-stop 360° dynamic range, Osmo 360 II preserves a wider range of brightness for more balanced footage. Independent exposure control on each lens adapts to changing light conditions, helping retain detail in both bright highlights and darker areas when moving through challenging, high-contrast scenes.

AI SuperNight 2.0

An f/1.9 aperture combines with an updated AI noise-reduction system to improve clarity and brightness after dark. From people in dim environments to fireworks against the night sky, Osmo 360 II is designed to preserve detail when available light is limited.

FAQs

How is Osmo 360 II different from Osmo 360?

Osmo 360 II introduces several major improvements over Osmo 360:

  1. Native 360° recording is now available at up to 8K/60fps, combining high resolution with a higher frame rate.
  2. 360° video offers up to 14.5 stops of dynamic range to retain more information in bright and dark areas.
  3. AI SuperNight 2.0 supports up to 8K/60fps for improved low-light recording.
  4. Both lenses use an upgraded ion sputtering coating for greater scratch resistance and feature a replaceable design.
  5. Spotlight Follow automatically tracks a subject in 360°, with subject-tracked 4K flat video export available through DJI Mimo or DJI Studio.
  6. Native 8K/60fps footage can be processed with DJI Studio’s AI frame interpolation to create slow motion equivalent to cropped 8K/480fps. 4K/240fps recording also enables up to 64× slow motion in post-production.
  7. The Osmo All-Scenario Ecosystem adds features including the Osmo Dual-Direction Quick-Release design and NFC connectivity.
What benefits does native 8K/60fps 360° recording provide?

Osmo 360 II combines its high-performance ISP chip with 1-inch imaging to produce native 8K/60fps 360° video. This provides several benefits:

  1. Higher frame rates help produce smoother footage during fast-moving scenes while reducing motion blur without sacrificing resolution.
  2. On NTSC-standard smartphones and computer displays, 8K/60fps aligns more closely with the display refresh rate, helping reduce visible stuttering.
  3. 8K recording supports 2× slow motion.
  4. The 60fps recording rate aligns with common frame rates used by smartphones and handheld cameras, reducing the need for frame-rate conversion when combining footage from different devices and helping maintain smoother editing.
